U Can Dance Ballroom Studio in St Louis Mo has been in business since 1991 and provides a fun, healthy environment for all ages to learn how to ballroom dance.
We offer both private and group lessons in dances such as Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Swing, Salsa. We provide lessons in all wedding dances, Night Club, Freestyle, Tap, Ballet, Jazz-Hip Hop and many more! We welcome and encourage everyone to come to our studio, from beginners through advanced levels, ages 3 to over 80 years!
Our nationally recognized and award-winning staff make learning to dance fun and easy, and you’ll feel completely at home in our friendly atmosphere. We train students for competitions as well.

We are working through our 2024 Spring Showcase media and have finished one of our Formation dance videos. This is a Foxtrot formation. The group splits into 2 teams starting in different corners. You never know how well it will come out even with all the preparation. We started just after the holiday season. Enjoy.
We are starting a new series of dances in our advanced group classes. We meet Wednesday evenings @ 7:00PM

Good News! For all of those people that have been asking for a Beginner Ballroom group Class! Stan will be starting a 3 week class on May 15 @ 6:15 PM and ending on May 29. He will covering Latin & Smooth styles. These are 45 min sessions and you do not need a partner.
More information to come shortly here and on our website. You can of course call the Mary @ 314-680-2612 or come visit the studio for more info. Registration will be required, that's the more part.

We want to thank all of our Students & Guests for a fun Spring Student Showcase last Saturday. We have a couple of group formation photos to share. They were dancing a Cha Cha in these photos. They also danced a Foxtrot in the program.
Stan will be starting a new set of dances for the Advanced group class starting tomorrow (Wednesday) @ 7:00 PM. Not sure if your advanced? Just come on over and visit. You are welcome to do so.

i enjoy showcases
Looking back to our presentation in 2023 at the Fox Theater in St. Louis. We invited the guests on to the stage with us after we finished our performance. So many came up to try out some Charleston steps and some swing as well. It was a lot of fun for all of us.
So this Saturday, starting @ 12 PM we are having our Spring Showcase. We try to do this twice a year so our students and staff can showcase/display to family, friends & fellow students how they have progressed and the new skills they have learned. It is a relaxed setting at our studio and we do have fun. So if you want to see a mix of ages & dance styles you are welcome to join us. Come have a seat and be aware that people are doing their level best to demonstrate that dancing is for all to enjoy.
