To the attendees from Saturday night at the Rollin on the River performance. You may have seen our studio photographer moving about while we were dancing. We know he does his best not to interfere with your sightlines while capturing his images.
He attends our practices & rehearsals to understand the routines. More than likely members of our Host Club have met and maybe have shared the dance floor with Carlos Fordsen as well.
Do enjoy a couple of edited pics from that evening. Safe Travels this Labor Day. ...
We had 2 cameras capturing the action at Rollin On The River Dance Convention last night. Performing for this group of fellow dancers is always a pleasure. They totally understand the preparation and practice involved.
Understand that these devices were unattended so we were quite happy with the results we are about to share. Thanks to all of the people responsible for the event and the attendees that make it that much more with their great attitudes.
We post our videos to YouTube first so we make sure that we are in the clear for any copyright challenges.
Well now, just last night we performed our 007 group routine. Plus Stan and Mary dance a solo as well for the attendees at the Rollin on the River dance convention.
We had an absolute blast. It was worth all of the practice with the responses we received. Here are a few group shots while we finish processing the stills and videos. So more to come.
Thank you to the West County Swing Dance Club for asking us to return. Always a fun time with our fellow dancers.
Congratulations to the Regency Dance Team with the very successful performance of their routine. Their commitment to each other and the team in general was apparent as we watched their weekly progress over the couple of months.
Labor day weekend coming up! That means it is Rollin' On The River Dance Convention weekend too! The U Can Dance Studio is looking forward to presenting our formation team's dance routine based per request with a "James Bond 007" theme. Our formation team, comprised of our adult advanced group class will be putting the finishing touches this week and be willing and able for the Saturday evening performance. It's always a pleasure to perform for this audience of fellow dancers. They completely understand the preparations needed to make these exhibitions happen.
The edited photo is by our studio photographer & student Carlos Fordsen taken at the 2025 edition of Rollin' which was "The Big Top" themed. So much fun!
Thank you West County Swing Dance Club for the invitation!0
