U Can Dance Ballroom Studio in St Louis Mo has been in business since 1991 and provides a fun, healthy environment for all ages to learn how to ballroom dance.
We offer both private and group lessons in dances such as Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Swing, Salsa. We provide lessons in all wedding dances, Night Club, Freestyle, Tap, Ballet, Jazz-Hip Hop and many more! We welcome and encourage everyone to come to our studio, from beginners through advanced levels, ages 3 to over 80 years!
Our nationally recognized and award-winning staff make learning to dance fun and easy, and you’ll feel completely at home in our friendly atmosphere. We train students for competitions as well.

Tonight we welcome our advanced dancers as we work on the upcoming routines for our performance at the Centralia Cultural center for the Light & Lens Club. Always a fun time with these folks. We usually have an hour or so of music and fun after the performance.

Posting an image from the 2024 STL Art Fair of Mary performing with Andy. We had a fun time with all of the folks attending the Art Fair.
The studio does do outreach multiple times per year. All of these activities are voluntary and we invite all of our dance family to come up with a routine to exhibit to the audience. So why not stop by our studio on a Wednesday evening around 7PM and check out what we are working on.

Tuesday, so on Wednesday we will be having our Advanced Group classes starting a little after 7PM. We are working on routines for an upcoming show in Centralia IL. Always a fun time there. There will be group formations as well as solo performances. It is not too late to get involved.
Come on out and visit even if you are not sure of your skill level, we welcome all levels.

It was about a year ago now when we had our 2025 Spring Showcase. This is a shot of a group formation we were trying out. It worked pretty well. Adjustments were made after the showcase to fit the stages and floors we were going to be performing on during the rest of the year.
We are in the middel of that right now with a show coming up on March 28. Want to get involved? Come and visit the studio next Wednesday evening. We start around 7:00 PM.

Our advanced group class will be meeting @ 7:10 Wednesday night to work on our upcoming shows. We have 2 sessions each Wednesday. First one is usually Standard/smooth style while the second session is Latin/rhythm style. The second start around 8:10 after a short break.
